Like the post below, here’s a mini version of both of the sponge cakes I make. This one was made for my mum’s partner’s birthday, but smaller as we’re a dieting household. I didn’t know whether he’d like chocolate or victoria sponge, so I did one that was half and half by putting a plain mixture in one side of the tin and a chocolate mixture in the other. It actually worked surprisingly well & my mum was utterly confused as to how I’d managed it. Genius.
