“Here’s a Swedish recipe for chocolate balls (sounds a bit so and so but they’re lush!).
150 g butter
2 dl sugar
1.5 tbsp vanilla sugar (not essential)
4.5 tbsp cocoa powder
3.5 dl oats
Just add it all together and roll little balls in your hands. As big or small as you’d like! Then you can either put it in the fridge or freezer, depending on how “rinny” they are and if it’s hot outside, they’re extra nice frozen.”
